The standard home inspector’s report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and all structural components.
An inspection on a home for visible and accessible evidence of an infestation or damage by wood destroying organisms including termites, fungi, and common wood-destroying insects.
A septic dye test can expose obvious leaks and inadequacies in the system and indicate the need for repairs or alterations.
Tests for pH, Hardness, Fluoride, Nitrate/Nitrite, Iron, Manganese, Aluminum, TDS(Total Dissolved Solids), plus Regular 8, Total Coliform, Fecal Coliform and E.Coli.
