Our standard home inspection report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.

The software we use, Inspector Toolbelt, does not sell or share inspection data, client information, or report content with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Your information is used solely to produce your inspection report and deliver it securely.

Inspector / Owner, Jerry Wolfe was born and raised in the A-K Valley, just north of Pittsburgh, PA. He worked throughout the local area as a 3rd generation home improvement contractor for his familys construction company, Conforti Construction. Proudly learning the building trade from his grandfather and uncles, Jerry has 25 years of first hand building and construction experience.
